Lyrici Arts – a Black led organisation creating theatre and arts programmes, presents Workshops for Success by Christina Poulton Creative!  On-demand, online, and subsidised to £10 exclusively for Medway Creatives by Lyrici Arts, these workshops will help you discover the essential skills and strategies needed to not only establish a thriving arts organisation but also to understand how to craft successful funding bids. 

Setting Up An Arts Organisation: If you’re thinking about setting up an arts company or charity, this on-demand course will help you explore the different options available and equip you with the information you need to decide your next steps. This course is ideal for creative freelancers in Medway who are planning to scale up their work or collaborate with others, and voluntary organisations who are considering registering as a charity or company.

Funding Bid Example Bank: If you’re facing a blank page or writing your first bid, it can be daunting. This collection of approximately 100 example extracts based on successful funding bids for arts projects has been designed to de-mystify the process and spark ideas for your own applications.
